OpenAI publishes "Our principles"

On April 26, Sam Altman released a five-principle document (democratization, empowerment, universal prosperity, resilience, adaptability), effectively an update to the 2018 charter that codifies public commitments on AGI and compute infrastructure ahead of regulatory pressure in the US and EU.
