Midjourney opens its first V8.2 image edit model to all users

On Aug 27 Midjourney rolled out its first V8.2 edit model for community-wide testing. It supports text-instruction edits, image generation from up to 4 reference images (replacing omni-reference), inpainting and outpainting, and works with personalization, moodboards and style references via the web editor, alpha site or Discord --edit parameter.
