Yandex launches Yandex Sim mobile operator with call-transcribing AI assistant

On Aug 28 Yandex launched Yandex Sim, an MVNO running on Beeline infrastructure. Its built-in AI assistant transcribes calls in real time, creates reminders and calendar events from agreements, saves contacts, and can detect and interrupt phone-fraud attempts; processing is encrypted and opt-in. Launch tariffs are 90 and 390 rubles per month with the first 30 days free, initially Moscow-only with physical SIMs.
