Codex 0.163.0 (stable, Oct 15) ships an interactive /config view for searching and changing preferences, lets you send follow-up messages while Codex is responding to steer it mid-turn, adds leader key configuration in /keymap (default Ctrl+X), lets background servers be restarted via /daemon, and runs independent read-only tools in parallel.
