Yandex Cloud's October 14-15 status update shows most AI services back online after the early-October outage linked to attacks on data centers. AI Studio APIs including YandexGPT and Alice AI, Realtime/Retrieval/Embeddings, MCP Hub, most of SpeechKit, Vision OCR and SourceCraft are restored; Workflows, Batch Inference and Dedicated Models remain down and resource quotas stay restricted.
