Mistral announced Voxtral 3 on October 20, 2026: three transcription models plus Voxtral Mini TTS 3 at $13 per million characters, covering 35+ languages and 50+ dialects. TTS adds 34 emotion and two pacing tags, Pro Voice adaptation clones a speaker from about 30 minutes of audio, and a LiveKit-based Voice Agents SDK streams transcription, tool use and speech in one pipeline.
