OpenAI moved the Decisions API to general availability on October 22, 2026, exposing POST /v1/decisions on gpt-6-luna for bounded-answer tasks with predicate, choice and score answer types over text, images and JSON. Pricing is $0.10 per million input tokens and $0.01 per million cached, with no charge for output tokens; GA added GPT-Live voice integration, US and EU inference residency and up to 400 questions per request.
