SGLang 0.5.22 makes Rust prefix cache default and adds Apple Silicon

SGLang v0.5.22 (October 19, 2026, 950 PRs from 245 contributors) makes the Rust prefix-cache core the default, adds Apple Silicon support through the standard PyTorch backend, and reaches up to 2.3x per-GPU throughput on DeepSeek-V4.1 on H200 via DSpark. It requires Python 3.11+ and deprecates --enable-dp-attention in favour of --attn-dp-size.
