Cline v4.1.26 adds a Local | Cloud toggle in Settings > API Configuration when cloud sessions are enabled, with the cloud model choice saved separately from local models, plus a progress card showing sandbox start, repository clone and agent start steps. The model catalog refresh adds CommandCode, Reflection, Liquid Inference and Munito AI providers while dropping CrofAI, iFlow and Llama, changes most providers' default models toward Kimi K3.1 Pro, MiniMax M3.1 Flash and DeepSeek V4.1 Flash 1017, and fixes GPT-6 models on OpenAI-compatible endpoints by sending max_completion_tokens.
